I love them to use for binding. I even bought the large ones, which I use to clip fabric together for projects like Judy Niemeyer quilts.

I bought mine on Ebay for $17 for a pack of 50. I going to get another pack which I need for my rug braiding.

I bought 10 with a 40% off coupon from Hobby Lobby. I was not too impressed. Later, I saw 100 at a 50% discount. I bought them and now I cannot imagine putting a binding on a quilt without them. In fact, I like them so much that I am looking for 50 more at a good discount. I like to clip all of my binding at once and I need more than 110 on a king size quilt. I know, I do put them fairly close together. I think that the reason I did not like my first 10 was that I was constantly repositioning them along the binding.

I have two boxes of fifty and use them when binding anything. Far superior to pins and you don't get stabbed working with them! I picked mine up on Amazon.com for less than half of the cost they are everywhere else.

I bought the 50 pak after trying a few borrowed from a friend. I love them, however the large box may not be necessary. I bought them online as my LQS did not carry them at the time and the JoAnn's did not/does not carry them. Some people prefer hair clips, some pins or glue. To each her own.

I like them but the pack of 10 or 12 was plenty for me. Such a pretty red.
