    Default Wonderful Customer Service!

    I had pre-ordered 2 of the "Merry Grinchmas Panel Quilt" kits last spring from Fort Worth Fabrics. I received them shortly after the fabric line was released. I have 2 "Grinches" that I wanted to make the quilts for and give them as Christmas presents. I got the kits out this past weekend and started one of them. I was moving right along and got the entire top cut and pieced and the middle border put on. I then started to attach the 2nd wide border and realized that I had been shorted length on the fabric. Fortunately, I had the other kit to pull the fabric from, but it leaves my second kit short. I emailed Fort Worth Fabrics first thing this morning and they got back to me right away. They were sold out of all of this particular fabric but recommended that I contact Robert Kaufman fabrics. I was told that if I didn't get any help from Robert Kaufman, to let them know and they would purchase the fabric from on line and send it to me free of charge. I contacted Robert Kaufman this afternoon and they are sending the needed fabric FED EX overnight to me free of charge!!!! I am doing the happy dance!

    I have learned 2 very valuable lessons though:

    1. When ordering a kit, check it out right after you get it to make sure that all of the fabrics are there and the right amount has been sent!

    2. Do not put my Christmas projects off until the last minute, I was sweating that I wasn't going to be able to get the fabric in time to get the quilts done!!!

    WOW both companies went above and beyond Glad you can finish in time for the holidays - be sure and post pics

    I love when a customer receives "Great" customer service. I will always do business with a company that will do above and beyond!! I am happy that you can finish your projects!

    I have ordered from them a couple of other times and the fabric always comes in a timely manner. When they have a sale, it is a nice sale. I got some other RK Grinch fabric to back the christmas quilts not too long ago for $6/yard reg $10.49!
