    Glad you had a good experience! And, I agree that attitude is everything. But, still there are shops that certainly could do better with customer service. I have had my share of both kinds over more than 55 years of sewing and buying fabric. I am a very friendly person, but if the shop isn't friendly, I just don't go back.

    I agree with you. I have never had a bad experience at a LQS either! Could it be because I am drooling???

    Wow I got excited just reading I am like you its a candy shop to me . Your attitude sets the pace & atmosphere . I love fabric(my stash shows it hehe). Wish I was close enough I would go.
