    Default Wonky Blocks . . . I need a tutorial.

I got some cute Dr. Seuss fabric and I would like to make some wonky blocks showcasing the characters. I guess I'm too used to measuring and cutting precisely (at least I try); to make "wonky" blocks seems foreign to me. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

Since it's Dr.Seuss, this would be perfect http://www.fromthebluechair.com/2010...-tutorial.html
I think it was Enci who posted it in the last couple of days.
