    I had forgotten about QD wool being thermally bonded. It's not supposed to be exposed to heat. What temp water did you use?

    I used cold water...such a mystery. I bet won't buy it again

    I really hope you contact the company, Quilters Dream, since they seem to have such high quality products that I use almost exclusively. I would love to hear their take on your problem. I sure don't blame you for being disappointed with the wool. How frustrating!
