The great scrap quilts you all posted to give DEBQUILTER50 some ideas about how different every scrap is are wonderful. You all do such great work and I am inspired to keep up with my scrappies! Thank you all!

I agree, with how much a person can learn on this board. I live too far-30 miles- from the nearest group of quilters, so I have just winged it for several years. Then I stumbled upon this site, and am so happy that I did. I can't begin to commend all the gals and guys who have such wonderful ideas, hints, suggestions, answers, and the list goes on.

MEGA THANKS TO ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE ON THIS BOARD.

Spartan- I too live far from other quilters so the friends I've made on here are truly priceless!

I'm still too new a quilter to have a whole lot of scraps - but I agree that the encouragement of many wonderful people on this board have caused me to look forward to making my first scrappy quilt.

What a gift they've given both of us!
