    Default Which would you choose?

OK, I've finished this falling charm quilt and I'm ready to put the border on. Which do you think looks best? No pseudo piping? Navy piping? Or beige piping which will also be the backing? I'm going to bind it in navy.

The navy piping is striking .... I would never have thought of using it. Beautiful quilt!

I think the navy blue piping helps the other navy color connect or 'land' instead of float on the fabric and will then also be nicely framed with your navy binding. You could put a piece of navy binding on the edge to view...? Nice quilt.

This is how it would look with navy binding.

I like the navy piping, but the quilt is gorgeous either way!

I'm in the minority here. I like the beige. I think the navy blends into the blocks. I think the beige piping with the navy binding would look good.

Maggiemay I agree with you I like the beige piping better. The navy blends into the navy fabric. The beige is the break that a piping is there to do! Luann
