Would you like to join me for UFO Friday?
#12
It just so happens, this is my designated week to finish some UFOs! I made a huge dent in one large one I have been stalling on. I have another large one that I have had problems with but HAVE to finish it plus a few other ones. My goal is to get through the bulk and pack up all my batting, etc and concentrate on a few tops that I could finish without dragging a lot of stuff out....mostly hand quilting on smaller pieces. I'll try to remember to check in Friday. My kitchen table is loaded up and I'm not putting these projects away until they are done. I'm shooting for Easter to finish 4 machine quilts.

OK...dropped off the tops at the LAQ this morning. Oh, the eye candy in the store...some gorgeous quilts and fabrics, more modern than the old tops I dropped off, for sure. But I held back. Need to get some more UFOs out the door first.

I have to work, but would love to join in. I am working on a mystery quilt top that needs done. I cleared out a lot of UFOs last year and still have a few around. Would love to get my hunter star one done from 1998 or so. That one is getting quite old. Will see if I can play hookie on Friday. Oh that would be fun. Could so use a day off from work.

I didn't check in yesterday because I was in and out but you help me stay inspired. I wanted to finish 3 nearly finished quilts this week and I came close enough. Got the biggest one all done, 2nd one just have to hand stitch the binding but worked on a couple of other ones that needed more organization. So, was glad to get that accomplished. Still have one more almost done and many others in the weeks but had a good week getting caught up a bit. Thanks!
