Would you?

Just look it up online. My mom had a similiar machine but she did not have a reverse. Don't know if she had an older machine or a lesser model. My DD has it now, because I did not have room. I learned to sew on that wonderful machine when I was about 7. Last time I used it it was in top shape, except for the bobbin winder, because Mom always cleaned and oiled it like they told her to do in class.
Hope you get the Singer and that it works well. Does it have attachments?

Not sure about attachments....I have a 503 so those will fit it so I'm not too worried about that part. I really like the cabinet part of it and even if the machine is a total loss, which I doubt, I can use the cabinet. I'll let y'all know tomorrow night!

Well she came home with me last night. She's been very neglected poor thing. She's stiff but does turn. Haven't plugged her in yet as i want to clean and oil first. I love the desk though! The top of it needs to be refinished but that will be an easy job. A little furniture refinisher and some steel wool and a few hours and it will be good as new. I think this machine will be dd's.
