    I got one of the chairs too and had the same problem. I called Arrow and they sent 4 new castors. It was a good thing because every one of the original ones broke within the first week and had to be replaced. It must have been a known problem and new casters done differently, I haven't had a bit of problems with the new casters and have had the chairs for a couple of years now.
