I was thinking so many members have expressed their joy in knowing you are back on track and sewing away, maybe I didn't need to add anything more, then I thought, it can't hurt for one more person to be happy for you. Isn't this group just filled with the best friend anyone could hope for?

I posted a thread a short while ago, needing suggestions. I am disabled and can't use my foot pedal for quilting because I don't have proper function of my hips, knees and feet. I had so many wonderful responses, advice and well wishes from people. It was amazing!! Advice was anywhere from get a new machine, use knee lifter, use my underarm or neck. A few of you posted to get a speed box or regulator for my juki. The regulator runs around $499. and the speed box around $59. I chose the speed box and it WORKS!!!!
Thanks to everyone, I can now quilt comfortably again. I usually do meandering, but now I think I can try feathers, and other things. Thanks so much friends! You're all wonderful.

Belfrybat: I am using it on my domestic without a frame. I taped it to the upper part of my machine. My stitches look much more consistent. The only problem I see is that the machine doesn't "shut off" because there is no foot pedal, so you have to be careful when it comes time to readjust your material.
