it's not the thread that's sparkling---its the fabrics! some of the fabrics are (kind of ) glittery---without the glitter---some are fairy frosts- some are metalics---most of them are some way or other sparkly-
i simply quilted it with Aurafil white on the top- a light blue cotton on the bottom....the fabrics did the real work

so---just how many quilts *should we* keep for ourselves? i tend to give most of them away- sell one once in a while---took me 5 years to finally break down and make one for my bed-now i have 3---thinking i (should) keep the Christmas quilt---but i could give it to my mom- or my mil- or my daughter's mil---all 3 are great grandmothers---who would love it---
decisions,decisions...so===how many quilts you've made have you kept---and do you (rotate) them-or what? my linen closets are kind of full- i make large quilts- hanging them on the walls is really not a viable option---if i keep it-no one will really see it---
    what should i do???
(i know- everyone should have such tough decisions...) i need ot have a plan- so i will finish it---if it has no (purpose) it may sit without a binding for 3 or 4 more years
guess i should just get off the computer & go make a binding! no excuses---figure it out later (after some of you have figured out an answer for me )
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
