    Hi Everyone,

I enjoyed reading the comments on why don't we see more yellow in quilts. I am requesting you to post your pictures of your quilts with yellow in them so I can see what you mean. I always like to see a little yellow in a quilt but when I try to use it in mine, the fabric feels like a hot potato and I cannot bring myself to cut and use it.

So, please help me love yellow. Show me your quilts!

Thanks! My favorite color is blue. ;)

If you like blue then yellow is a wonderful compliment to it.

When I did my first quilt, I really liked the blocks but when I laid them out together I hated it. The lady in the LQS pointed out that I had no blue in the blocks. So any color missing from a scrappy quilt is a bad thing. I used a multi-color blue to pull mine together.

Let me see if I can find a yellow.

    I like this one!

(Sorry, I was referring to Miss Sandra's quilt, near the top of the list.)
