Customer service is what brings people back. The first time that I went to local LQS I was just a man. But, I went back when I needed a fabric fix and this time one of the owners actually helped me. In that month alone, I spent $500 and when I go in now, I get really good service and I enjoy going there now. I always give a two strike before I do not return.
When I was a store manager I did not lock the doors until closing time and every customer had plenty of time to complete their business. Maybe that is why I made the company's newsletter

That's why we need to support our LQS ... you can't get extra help like that at Joann's, HL or WM - or online ...
When I worked at 2 LQS years ago, we would stay past 5 to help our customers quite often. We didn't push them out the door (although with a few we almost had to, they never wanted to leave!) :)
