In my ignorance I have a question. Where should I go to buy Restoration or Retroclean? I have the 73 year old baby quilt that my grandmother made for me in 1946. It is just like new except for the discoloration from aging.

Thought I'd share a little one I rescued from a garage sale about 20 years ago. It had a few yoyos that were loose and pinned to it, and it was also in several pieces. I calculated a way to join them to get a square, and I had to make a few additional yoyos in order to come out even. It's about 47" square, and I just keep it draped over a quilt rack across the room from my computer desk where I see it every day. I don't know who made it or when, but it makes me smile.

Thank you all for the great suggestions. Since the yoyos make a distinct pattern I am going to shop for some 30’s fabrics to add a border. I am also tempted to “mount” it on some kind of backing... muslin is probably the most sturdy backing but the tulle technique sounds very interesting since I’ll still be able to see the back of the yoyos. Thanks again!
