here's my goodies- bought Fri. and Sat. on a mini-vaca to Lancaster and Intercourse PA (yes, that's a town). I bought a hoop for hand quilting- thanks to hubby asking all kinds of questions in the Village Quilt Shop at Kitchen Kettle Village. BTW- I now have to hand quilt his top. Due to all the questions he asked, I was allowed to sit at a hoop set up for visitors and give it a try. I didn't do too bad, impressed myself. Again- learned you are your worst critic- the girl said I did very well for never having done it before.
The fabric was very reasonable about $3.00 a yard cheaper than here. I only bought things to add to what I have or the 3 bowling fabrics are for dd, dsil and gs who are huge bowlers. I've wanted to make them a throw for a few years now.
Realized I didn't take one pic of hubby and me. Oh well, need to go back....
