LOL -- I think most of us would pick the quilt (or anything else that has to do with quilts)!!

And if you can still wear the same clothes after 4 years -- Woohoo! (I'm thinking weight gain here). And think of all that extra money you had for fabric. Think the clothes will make it 6 or 7 years????

I am retired and shop resale shops for my kahkis, but go to quilt shops for my fabric! Got my priorities straight! :D

You know you're a quilter when....

you and a friend go to second-hand stores and she's looking for things to wear and you're looking for things to cut up.

there's nothing in the fridge but the freezer is full of microwave meals

every outfit you wear is embellished by little snippits of thread

you can talk about 'fat quarters' and not care if somebody might think you're referring to a body part

HAHA. I was just thinking this week that when DH puts that shirt aside, I won't bring it to Goodwill. I'll cut it up. Oh, my I didn't realize how we quilters all think alike until I read the last few posts. Yep, we need to start having meetings. How many steps will we have to follow?

You know when you have had enough coffee while quilting if you can thread the machine while it is running.
