    I read somewhere that a quilter had a pack of charm squares on her desk at work. It helped handle her stress by being able to "fondle" the fabric. I love it!

    I definitely am a quilter! Keeping a charm pack in my desk to "pet" to relieve stress sounds like an awesome idea!
