I recieved this in my mail box this morning from Dharma Trading Co. The link takes you to much more information. We all need to check this out!

Implementation of the recently passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) aimed at protecting children from products containing lead and phthalates has been postponed for a year. The poorly written law has created worry and confusion for some small businesses. Legislation is also being introduced to reduce the impact on small and home based business. More information can be found on our site at: http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/6569694-AA.shtml

Thanks Cathe, I was sure you would know about the "stay" but wasn't sure that everyone would.

I haven't heard anything , so I'm being extra careful with weather my supplies are compliant. I have discontinued a couple of item that I was selling, because the supplier couldn't give me a complience letter.
