You look at the shirt or blouse someone is wearing and think how good the fabric would look in a quilt.

when you look through a friend's pictures and you see one with a beautiful sunset or view and say to her, "wow, that would make a beautiful quilt"

You carry two little photo albums with you, one with pictures of your children/grandchildren and one with swatches of fabric you need to find matching fabric for the sashing and borders.

When you sit down to grab a few minutes to sew on your newest project...... and look up hours later.

Plus a third one for all the quilts you've made and remembered to take photo's of?

    Hey, I've done this!

You might be a quilter if you,

Go shopping with scissors attached to your collar.

You worry more about getting the quilt pieces you carry with you dirty than your clothes.

You have to explain to the stewardess that a pair of small stitching scissors with less than 1 inch from pivot to tip and a needle ARE allowed on airplanes!

You hurry home from "fun family events" so you can get more time quilting!

You fly over the mid-west, look down at the fields and crop circles and think, that would make a neat quilt!
