    Too funny!! I've gotten pretty good at guessing how much is left on a bolt (4 full times around the bolt is about a yard).There's a clerk at the Joann's I shop at that corrects me if I ask for the wrong amount...I'll ask for 1/2 a yard, and she tells me "no, you only wanted a 1/4 yard of this one, right??" It's nice when they play along. Then, they don't have to write it up and wrap it as a remnant.
