Are you sewing anything special for fall?

I just finished making reversible Halloween aprons for my daughters, was going to use a very light batting and quilt them but have found the two quilting cottons together is plenty weighty, anything more would make them uncomfortable to wear. I think that's all of the sewing I'll do with Fall-type fabric, at least this year.

I have some fall materials for things, but making my fishing son a wall hanging for his October birthday & a special donation quilt for my school's fall fundraiser so probably won't get to it. You need fall placemats though, and buying fall fabric to make what you really want for your home-makes more sense and is more cost effective than something generic and cheap at the local big box store- IMHO

I just made a fall table runner and entered in Nancy Zieman blog contest Many table runners on her blog take a look for some inspiration. And perhaps vote for your favorite. I think today is the last day to vote!!! I hung mine on the wall for the photo!!
