What is your typical way to read the QB? I generally go to "Pictures" first, then to "Quilt topics". I seldom think about looking at "Recent Topics" and that's really the smarter thing to do as I find myself looking at things that I've already seen. I love the picture section!

So, I'm just wondering what do you do when you first access this board?

I go to the unread topics at the top of the page. That way I know what I have already looked at, and it shows the newest ones.

I always check out recent topics first.
I have my profile marked to show which topics I want to see.

If there's yellow I check my PMs, if not I quickly scan and usually look at all the "for Sale" ads. Then it's on to the pictures, then on to anything that looks interesting.

I check my watched topics then look at unread topics.

This is what I do too. I think I have mine set for pictures, main, introduction, Non-quilting chit chat. :)

Check for PM's, read new topics, if I have time I look at the pictures, then tutorials when I'm starting something new.

I do the same as quilts4fun: watched topics and then unread topics. Then I cruise around (for about an hour LOL) and then head to the sewing room.
