Moda is by far my favorite although I do buy other fabrics if they catch my eye.

I like most good quality fabric, but, my three all time favourites are, Kaffe Fassett, Moda and Liberty.

What difference does it make who designed it other than they are geniuses all around, but I just love the look of the fabrics and how they compliment each other, regardless of who manufactured or designed them.
I didn't either until I started going to another LQS. Seems to be the way the industry is run these days. That's why this shop owner is off to Quilt Market in Houston this week to get in on the new lines being put out. The reason I can say I have a fave is b/c I noticed that most of the batiks I was buying were Hoffman.

    Kansas Troubles

When I found it just a few years ago I try (up, maybe until now with the economy) of getting 1/2 yard of each fabric.

May change though since things seeem to be getting worse.
