My MIL used to soak her nose in a cup of hot salt water. She would boll the water, add salt, cover her head with a towel and let the steam rise.

I have chips and salsa when I am stuffed up. For some reason the jalepenos help open the sinuses.

going shopping on Sat. with daughter here in Nebraska, Lincoln to be exact. Will cut hopefully Sat. evening and get them ready for mailing on Monday.
