Ask the person you are sending to if they mind getting the center early. They may appreciate it. But I will leave it up to the receiving end. And LeeAnn since you are mailing it to me, go right ahead!

Those who have International addresses, PM your reciever and ask if it's ok to mail ANY rounds that are done early. We know it can take a bit longer to get from overseas to US.

Those who are US, ONLY mail this round early. The rest of the rounds PLEASE mail on the mail dates. If you will be traveling during a mail date, PM your reciever and ask if it is ok to send early.

We don't want tops to be piled up on people with everyone mailing early.

Sazu, is it ok if i send it already this week?
it is nearly 19" but unfo only nearly. Is it a problem for you? If yes i will add an additional border, that would not be a problem, i have already a few ideas.
