I'm fine with paint sticks as long as they can be washed later
I'm not that familiar with them so laundering them is my only concern
I think they are beautiful and I'd love one

most all of the "art" blocks are heat set, so if you receive one that is paint sticks, crayola, or water color, just Iron them with a cotton setting, no steam, with paper towel over the block, this will insure that your block is heat set and from then on it should be machine washable, that way you don't have to worry about whether your swap partner remembered to do it
