    Good Morning barb32,
I am personally very glad to see you on the board so soon after your surgery! Thank the Lord! I hope that your back will get better day by day. Just be kind to yourself and no lifting...ok?

Not doing acupuncture. They put you in the no feeling twilightzone and enter the injections through the very end of the tail bone then send you home to stay in bed 24 hrs, no bath or shower, no driving, no acohol, no nothing not even sex. There is just no sympathy for an 80 year old woman so I did the best I could. This and 2 more treatments is supposed to eliminate back surgery for me. I would be so happy if I could do what I used to do with out moaning and groaning and popping pain pills. Thanks so much for writing to me.
THE NAME OF THIS PROCEDURE IS series of 3 RACZ TREATMENTS 14 DAYS APART. Anyone of you with back problems might want to inquire. The only way I found about it was when I resufed to have back surgery and was sent to Innovative Spinecare Inc in Little Rock. I feel this will work if I take care of myself which is hard to do with small children.

OK? THose are Very Neat blocks indeed! Look how that square floats on the square in a square block. That's nice. I have to admit the white trees took me back for a moment... But how cool are those!

Maybe my snowy trees aren't literal enough? I'll have to re-think them... :(
