I'm sending to you Mary......as soon as I decide which center I'm sending, I'll get it into the mail.

Terri.....my husband works for the postal service and has already warned me about customs forms. He's going to bring some home to me and will make sure I have them filled out the right way. I definately don't want someone being told they have to pay $100 to pick up their parcel.....OMG!

We decided to go with "Traveling Quilts". I was only joking about the Quilting Kittens because of your cat center and cdcatlovers user name. I love cats but I have 3 large dogs who would disown me if we use that name. LOL "Quilting Kittens" does have a sexy ring to it though :)

Has anyone finished their label yet?? I'm still trying to decide what to do. I'd love to figure out how to put a drawing of a quilt with wings onto my label. My problem is I can't draw a stick person and have it look like a stick person.

For my label I took a piece of fabric, wrote the name of the quilt on it and the date. It is big enough to write a lot on or if there isn't a lot of writing on it, I can cut it back.

I'm playing with some design software to see what I can come up with and then will try to print directly onto a piece of muslin. We'll see how that goes.

This is what I have come up with for a label. I'm going to try to print onto fabric directly from the printer. We'll see how it goes.

for some reason i couldn't attach my document. I'll keep trying, I really want everyone's opinion so you can tell me if this is what needs to be included on label.

I put together a label using my computer and printed it off onto June Tailor Colorfast fabric sheets (8 1/2" x 11") for inkjet printers.) I was really impressed with how well it came out! I'll send along a pigma pen for everyone to sign with and when it's all finished I'll sew the label into my backing. The fabric sheets came in two different types, sew-in or iron on. Glad I've got this out of the way....wondering how I was going to do a label was driving me crazy. (crazier!)

I'm working on my label. I have a idea just got to see if I can get it made. Other than the label my center is ready to send to candlequilter. Sometimes this thing I have to do call a job gets in the way of my sewing time.
