I'm not sure what happened but OMGosh... this is probably the worst swap ever with sooooo many icky sqs... :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

It seems to me many had a slip of the ruler.. 10.5 at one corner but slims down to 10.25.....

then some of the non white selvages are left on... you wouldnt know unless they were turned over...

NOTE: there are TWO selvages- white edge and the fabric design edge...

so far no poly.... ........

so here is my dilemma if i return them i am short and duplicates are inevitable.... do you ya'll want them if that are at least 10 inches ???? or do I go with my gut and send them back unswapped????

I'm fine with 10 and selvages too. I was going to use mine to make my college student princess the black/white pattern someone posted. I'm in the car so I can't see what size they are. I imagine I could make them 10". That said..... I believe in following my gut too. I'm no help and if I sent you wonky squares please PM me as well.

ok so here's what i did-

I swapped the NOT 10.5 sqs- the rest i gave back to sender...

BUT i put a sticky on YOUR envelope if they were:

Wonky and or off grain
NOT My 10.5 measurement
selvages not removed

Some got your icky ones back..

(icky ones= wonky or off grain or the selvages were not removed)
