I've been doing that, too, Suzanne. I put them in ziplocks, but I need another one. Sitting and watching tv, because my sewing stuff is in two other rooms, I like to have something to do while I'm resting and watching, so I cut up pieces. Each ziplock has a size written on it and a lap table to work on. I'm ready for prime time when there isn't prime time.

    Blessings,
    Ruth

Finallllllllllllllllllllllllly, my squares are in the mail. Lots of Christmasy squares, like I promised.

Missi there is a baggie marked all over the place with your name on it. It has all 50 squares plus some extras I threw in, especially for you as a THANK YOU for hosting this wonderful swap. We all appreciate you.

I failed to meet the yesterday deadline ... so I shipped 9 sets today priority mail so you should at least get it sooner than you would have had I done my job  Thanks for doing this Missi! I'll have to return the favor someday. Can't wait to see what everyone has sent. Have a Happy Thanksgiving one and all!

I'm hoping to continue saving pieces this size to make a scrappy Irish chain :D
When I cut pieces for a block, I just take the leftover small pieces and cut them the right size and put them in a pink case I have just for those pieces. That way I'm closer to having more to make a block OR to join in on another swap.

Thank you for the wonderful idea!!! I love it and hope that you don't mind if I use it also? Thank you :)

    stupid stupid post office

I was at the office this morning and the mail carrier popped his head in my office and said you have lots of envelopes. I told him I figured as much but I was out of town Friday and Saturday. And when I went on Thursday I didn't have any squishys :( Well I go over my lunch hour and closed. I try to get there before they shut the window at 4:30 and I just missed them. Augh!!! I have to get you guys marked off. Tomorrow - yah!

And on that note since I was out of town and didn't get my addresses to some of you go ahead and mail your sets if you missed the deadline of Friday and you are a US swapper. Please just let me know if you are mailing late.

DUH..... He came into your office empty handed....why not bring the envelopes to you if he knew who you were? Oh, that would be considered service and Lord knows we can't have that in this day and age of "Do It Yourself".
