Boop, Hannah is adorable. And Heather's memorial statue is beautiful. I can certainly see why you had such an emotional day. Glad the quilt arriving helped.

Boop, I didn't go off of anyone paticulars pattern. Caculated it like Judy mentioned, half square triangles measuring 4in finished with 9 of them totaling one 12in block. Big key is fabric choice, darks and lights with placement. I will look for the blog were I really got excited about this pattern. I just loved the quilting, simple but really stunning when added with the design.

Here is one I found with the quilting, it is not exact but close. http://www.redpepperquilts.com/2011/...aby-quilt.html

BTW, the memorial statue is beautiful. I am so glad you received the quilt when you did and it was able to brighten your day. :)

I will make sure I check with you first. Thanks for the heads up!

Hi all.... I just finished up the crazy quilt I was working on for my husbands step daughter... (not my stepdaughter, but...she and her little boy have become part of our family.. long story)

Anyway - I have Amanda's quilt hanging in my sewing space and am pulling out the fabrics to get started on my row. Everyone has done such a nice job on this quilt... I'm feeling very creative and a bit of pressure to maintain the quality and beauty.

Tease... Its coming your way soon Amanda. :)

Took my quilt top to my guild meeting on Monday. Everyone loved it. Thanks so much everyone. We even had a few ladies write down info for joining quilting board so they could do stuff like this. Again thanks so much for all the beautiful work. I have quite a few ladies that said they will help me with the next steps to comlete.

Sure glad you love your quilt. It was fun working on it. Can't wait to see mine.

This group has been awfully quiet - everyone must be working hard on those final rows.
