This is the books I'm working from, the stories are great in it as well.
I found this one on ebay and a great deal, this book sells for 28.00.

A hobo quilt would be fun to do too! I collected hobo symbols many years ago for another project. What's the name of the book?
buddy's mom, I would LOVE to see pics if you have any!![/QUOTE]

I am loving the fabric choices everyone is making, only problem is, it makes me want to shop. lol I can't wait to see all of the fabrics become quilts, so exciting.

My partner, buddy'smom, is doing an incredible job and I am overwhelmed. I love civil war and can't wait to see it all together.

I loved the Florida photo also, except I wouldn't get any sewing done because I would want to daydream (catnap) too much. It is a sunny and warm 16 here in Texas this morning and will shoot all the way up to 30.

    Have a great day everyone!

I am down to three patterns for my scrap quilt to Linnie. I have sorted out a bunch of fabric into bins that won't fit in cupboard so have to do some rearranging of where I put stuff so I can keep them seperated out. I have the dining room clean, the closet cleaned, the living room cleaned, my sewing area is a little cluttered because I found stuff to finish up and the scraps are sitting there, resorted what is left for ufos, maybe she wants an applecore scrap quilt, not it is her colors. Trying to finish up the garage today where all the fabric is. Almost done sorting those magazines that I am going to pass on to others so they can enjoy. Whew, I am tired and still have three quilts to get quilted today so I can play with the patterns that I have an idea to do.

Love your fabric choices! They are so pretty and unique. Your quilt is going to look great! I could envision an off-white or beige colored background fabric with all of them. Can' wait to see it completed!
