I am proud and happy to say I now have my sewing machine home safe and sound with me. She had to go to the sewing machine doctor about two weeks ago. I was really having sewing withdrawals. i didn't think that was possible. Works like a charm. I will be having a sewing weekend. TGIF

Yipeee for you!!!!! I was so unhappy the day I had to take mine in. Then the guy put a new free motion foot on and it fixed my problem. Did you know he said I wore it out!!!! I'm not pro or really very good, but I did sew something like 48 quilts last year!!!

I mailed out my first two packages to the first birthday girls today. Has anyone heard anything from Jarenie? She should be getting loads of packages right now, but i haven't seen her post.

Received squares today from 3 people! Thanks to quilter day-by-day, Linda Brandt, and Karen House (but I don't know your screen names!). Karen, when yours arrived, it was open because the sticky stuff on the flap didn't hold, but everything was still inside and the colors were beautiful! Maybe reinforcing the closure with tape would be more safe. Thank you all for the birthday wishes and kind notes. : )
