Barb, group 12-20 peonies with kitchen twine just under the flower all the way down the stems and hang to dry upside down for about 3 months. Dip in thin paint to match your decor, dry upside down, repeat paint process ....OR 1 cup flour + 2 cups water + cinnamon/mace/cloves mixture with thin paint of your choice & dry for a few days or the next weekend. When dry you can arrange in clear glass jars with matching rocks in the bottom or stuff jar with matching tinsel. They keep for years. Take outside & gently shake to remove dust. My daughter dipped in glue/paint with glitter, made pretty Christmas decor. My mom made caches for your winter closet with them. Hope this helps!
    You doing alright?

thanks DJ sounds very interesting. I will give this a try some of mine are past their prime. Thanks for the advice. always looking to learn something new.
I'm doing great....(knock on wood) haven't broken anything lately!

Hope you are doing well. Working on a quilt with my Wednesday night quilt group. It is really hard and way past my comfort zone. I will post it when it is done..... hopefully that will happen this year! It has a nine patch in the center of each square that is made up of 1 1/4 " squares! taking lots of deeeeep breathes!

Thanks for the pattern. I really like that one. So many great patterns being shared it will be hard to decide what to decide what to do with my candies when they start to arrive.

Oh I think we're sending everyone's BirthdayCandy today. Mom's office computers aren't working right. She's cranky about it.

I received three more squishes today. It is such fun looking at all the different fabrics and dreaming about how to put them altogether! I received from Lstew2212,Daisy Dew, and Jarenie. Also thanks for the little extras that you ladies have sent.
Now can you send some extra sewing time my way??! ? LOL!!!!
