Oh, I've received all my birthday candies already (back in March and April). I am waiting on some other swaps on the board that are running late. It's actually the swap hosts who are late... not the participants. I'm just like a kid watching the mailbox every day when I know some goodies are coming!

I've been a 'swap angel' before... I think it's a great idea.

Now I feel really bad. I'm a tardy mailer this month. Not on purpose. Yes my swap is late too. Not on purpose. I've tried to keep in contact maybe not good enough. I'm sorry. I should have everything out this week. I'm usually better.

I'm sorry Sheri! I didn't mean to make you feel bad... Yes, you did keep in contact well enough. I was just making the point that everyone seems to get behind in the summer months, with all the other stuff going on in their lives. Lots of people haven't sent birthday candy in time for the birthdays too, probably for the same reasons. Busy time of year.

Hello ladies
Hope everyone is doing well. I have a cold so I am sluggish and a bit grouchy. I had to drag myself out of bed today to get some groceries and if you bought 4 participating products you got a free gallon of milk. So I bought the 4 items and they still charged me for the milk. I was not happy I complained to the store manager...got my money back and a $5.00 gift card for my troubles.....then as I was driving home I felt really bad that I complained....it was just milk only 2.79. Not really worth getting all bothered about. (or I could look at it ...hey that is a fat quarter at my favorite quilt shop!) I'm okay

I hope everyone is enjoying a lovely weekend. My son and his family are in town visiting...love when they are here but I am exhausted! that is why God gave young people babies!

Mrs.sherbert and I mailed out our birthday candies today. Errr I put them in the mail after I dropped her and the kids at the airport. They're spending two fun weeks in Alaska with their other grandparents. FUN huh!!!! I get to watch her mastiff Tork..... FUN huh...... But you June birthday girls get your candy soon. Probably Monday?
