Hi Annaquilts....I was waiting to get my new swap approved (I need to do this yearly) just got it today. !!!!! so it will be up soon? maybe today!

Happy New Year 2016 !! I hope all of you are sewing up a storm - me - well I am trying to re-organize the sewing room - weed out and get motivated ! I have a sewing weekend at the end of January so i better get going ! seems like life is getting in the way... I am going to pass on the next "b-day candies" exchange - need to do something w/ what I have !! I will continue to follow the 2016-17 group though for great ideas !! Stay Warm !!

Looking at all the FQ's I have decided I need to share with all of you. Changed my mind Barb, sign me up again please and I will start cutting the little stacks today....

I'm trying(while watching my 2yr and 5 yr granddaughters)to make 25 book covers for the 25 young ladies in my church group. I need them done by Wednesday and if possible, two lap quilts for the girls who don't need book covers. No pressure or stress here...

Ok ok..... I can't pass up the birthday swap... I'm leaving on Feb 9th for Minot, ND. I'm having another baby! I'll be up there until March 15th. The same day my baby girl(23) is bringing a boy home to meet the family!! Oh BOY! Ill start looking at my fqs. Y'all know how I love to do theme candy!

sorry to see you go MaT....check in often....I have been making something really special with my little squares and can hardly wait to show everyone.

Welcome back Jaba and SheriR you bring our returning total to 12!

I am hoping to post the new thread sometime this weekend.

Off to help my son and his family with their move. Yeah back home!

Got the names Barb, thank you. Will definately start cutting on new candies tomorrow for next year. I have to have surgery on my hand as soon as they can schedule me. Not sure how long it takes to heal so I need to be prepared
