Oh these are soooooo cute... I am going to a "crafting weekend" this weekend. Think I will be quilting. Could decide between quilting or scrapbooking. But these little dresden plates are so tempting.

I mailed my candies to the remaining May birthday girls today. Moonrise and Gaijin, you should have them in 3-5 days, I'm guessing.

I did it just like Sheri taught... see posts #971, 972 and 974. This is our second Quiltalong.

You, too, can make candy dresdens!

I want to get back to them and play, but I must get my daughter's baby quilt finished first, so I can mail it to her. She's going to England to visit her friend and will hand carry the quilt to her.

Here's a sneak peek at the quilt. I have only just started the quilting. My daughter bought all the fabrics and designed it... I merely built it (with my mad quilting skilz!). I'll show you a better pic with flash once I get it finished. She found the cutest fabrics for a little boy....
