Oh, your poor Dad, moonrise. Hope the painful part of the ordeal passes quickly and he does his therapy well and progresses fast. It just amazes me that they will replace two joints at once. I guess it makes sense... rather than favoring one and wearing it out, both have to come along together.

They're going to move him to a physical therapy hospital either today or tomorrow. The PT place is supposed to be wonderful as far as getting people mobile again, but they keep you moving from early morning until dinner time, with only a break for lunch. Visitors aren't even allowed until 5pm, after the day's physical therapy is finished. My dad has always been the type who has to be up and DOING something, so I'm thinking he'll do well. He should be there for a week or so. His "bathroom situation" has been improving. I *know* he's happy about that! Normally he won't talk about personal things, but yesterday he was quite proud that things were starting to function again! ha ha

Day and a half to myself & some community service work with local veterans. Your prayers helped me get through a grueling week. Thank you all. Hope to sort & color code charms Sunday evening in prep for 1.5" PSQ, very exciting.

I'm putting together a QOV (sort of) quilt today, but the baby dresdens are on my mind! I'm doing a red/white/blue quilt because the hospital we donate to is in need of quilts for men. Hope to get a couple of tops together, pronto.
