I couldn't be happier that I joined this group! The envelopes keep streaming in. My husband is excited for both of us. He's always wanted a real Scrappy quilt for our king sized bed. Now he'll get it!

I got candies today from ZoZee and TrishB also! I'm still gonna wait to open them!

I think my last package arrived at the post office. I received a notice that I had to go to the post office to pick up something because there was postage due. The sender's name is not the name of anyone I know personally so I'm just guessing here.

Unfortunately due to a crazy work schedule I probably won't make it to the post office until Tuesday (if I'm lucky)...Thursday (hopefully worse case).

happylab, I'm office mgr for an attorney who practices a wide range except medical malpractice & corporate law, has about two dozen rental properties, and is co-owner of another company. Law work it new to me so my learning curve expands daily. I gather insurance coverage (also new to me), doctors bills, divorcees, wills/probate, some criminal, workers comp, and all the paperwork involved. Broadrange accounting, human resources, property management, court filings, scheduling, and anything else required. This past week was quite daunting! Work with a bunch of nice folks who are good to me. Never a dull moment at that office.

So glad to see all the cool projects. Keep it coming!

here in Michigan it is raining (sorry Texas people ...hear you had a lot of it lately..stay safe) so since it is raining I am declaring it "SEWING DAY!!!!!" I am so excited I am going to work on the Candy Dresden Plate. now I gotta go find it...........

ALSO...then I am going to sew ....I am looking for someone to lead the next QAL...... Please PM me what you would like to lead...only qualifications it is must use our 2.5" squares in the pattern, (but not only). Also remember that we are all at different levels of quilting. But with that being said I have LOVED learning something new with each of the QAL so far.
