SheriR, what a beautiful quilt. I am sure you daughter will cherish it for years to come.
I hope all y'all had a wonderful 4th. I melted on the town square helping my daughter man a booth. I thought I was doing good until I saw myself in the mirror. OH BOY!!!!! Mountain camping would have been much more comfortable! But she did well, so it was worth it.
IN MY SPARE time, I finished up my daughter's wedding quilt. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t280233.html I just love it. I will hang it in my sewing room for the next three weeks before I gift it to her at her wedding shower.
Oh and I mailed 3/4 Birthday Candy cards yesterday!!!

Happy Birthday Anoka Quilter!!!!! Seems like i'm a day late, sorry about that. It seems that the Quilt Board would not let me log in yesterday. Today it's fine.

I had a nice evening with my DH, my day was just the normal work thing
, he made reservations at a restaurant downtown Minneapolis called the Melting Pot. It is a Fondue restaurant and the food was great and we were stuffed.
Thank you Barb for hosting this great swap. This is my 3rd year to participate and it definitely makes your birthday fun and special.
