Barb, you are about 25/30 minutes north of Kazoo/Portage. Have fun and I understand that why you may not be able to get online. You might in that beautiful "dead zone" that is the Allegan Forrest. Enjoy your time away and if you have a minute stop at Dancing Dogs Quilt shop in Plainwell, just off 131. A LQS with good service and some interesting fabrics and books. Or....just wave as you go by.

?? I may be misunderstanding, but I figured it would be OK to show just a single candy. A lot of birthday gals have shown pictures of their whole lot! ( it's hard to read reflection in a text, but I am reading this as you don't want to see the candies).

zozee, I've made a lot of stockings but I have never made them from 2 1/2" squares. I really like the way they turned out and will make more in the future.
djmat, you'll probaby just have to keep scrolling past the pics because we have always posted pictures on here whenever the birthday girls have gotten their candies. It's an individual choice on when they open them

More candy love in my mailbox today. Two envelopes, one from Barbarakibler and the other from moonrise. Thank you! I opened moonrise's because it was postmarked a day earlier. I'm opening one a day and going through them several times. So much fun. I'm going to post my 2 favorite candies from each sender because I can't pick just one favorite!!

Dj, just think... You'll be getting 1500 candies on your birthday. I don't think seeing a few now will spoil your "appetite"! Showing pictures is our way of opening gifts so everyone can feel the joy. And I know it does my heart good to see my card among others in a "real" way.
