Wow, Jaba, good for you! What a whirlwind of a trip that must have been! When you left did you have any idea that you would be buying the house and car?? Your granddaughter is precious. Shes making my uterus ache, but that moment will surely pass, lol.

Congrats on the new baby, new house and new car, Jaba! WOW! Lots of big changes in store for you. With that precious bundle all the way across the country from you, I'm seeing your days in Wyoming are numbered. Who could blame you?

Yes, you'll need to stock a new quilting room... ha ha! That won't be too painful.

Congratulations, JabA! You're a grandmother now! I'm envious. She is beautiful and I can see why you hate to leave, and why you bought a house and car. Yeah, I think Wyoming might be in your rearview mirror for good ! Besides, Florida is quite the mecca for quilters.

I mailed out my final August Birthday squishy for LeeSewZany this weekend. I see there has been some sunshine and shadows on the board. Peace and God's love to everyone today and always.

No idea when we left that we would end up buying instead. Went down looking for a winter rental but the months we wanted were already booked and what we found was a 1 bedr., 1 bath, maybe 750 sq. feet that we would have gone crazy in. This is about 1500 sq. ft. so it will give us some room and space when we need it . zozee, I'm already a grandma, this is the 12th one between hubby and me. This little lady is one that we never thought would happen so makes her a little special. sewbizgirl, the only painful thing about it is the first trip down and the 4 day drive. It will be only the 1st time to take stuff from here but it will sure be a long trip!! From then on we'll fly for the winter down and fly back for the summers in Wyoming. I've been pre-planning and have 2 each of my favorite machines for just this kind of thing. Can't see buying new machines when I love to sew on these, and most of my fabrics that I use in quilts for blender's etc. are on bolts. I'll be cutting colors to take with me and dividing up rulers and other supplies. Sure will miss my 4x8 cutting table and the long arm. Will have to see if any of the quilt shops rent out time on their long arms....if not I can always sew them and bring them home to quilt in the summer time.

Zozee... loved your "zipputis" story. I am sure we all have lots of memories of our children and children in our lives. I always tell my daughter that she is so lucky that now they can easily take videos of their kids doing the "cute" things. So wish I had a video camera when my kids were little. I am sure that the "zipputis" story was video worthy.

Leesewzany.....thank you.........for posting an upside down picture. I had being the only one upside down.

Jaba congrats on the beautiful baby girl. Is this your first grand baby????? oh my hold on to your heart! <3<3<3

Grand babies have a way of taking your heart and holding on to it tightly forever (if we are lucky).

    Enjoy that bundle!
