Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. I've had a lovely day, our last full day of vacation at the beach. I swam a lot in the pool, napped, figured out some sewing ideas, had crab cakes out at a nice restaurant with hubby and teenage son, played Monopoly with son, and did almost all the packing up

I have not been home, of course, to find any more cards in case you had sent one recently and I haven't acknowledged it. I'll be home tomorrow and, if there are some in my mail, I'll rip into them and post names and favorites candies! What fun! Please let me know if I haven't posted your name yet or fave candies. I don't want to miss anyone but I think I failed to post some pictures.

Hello Ladies

Happy Sunday to everyone.

My mom is now out of the hospital and staying with my husband and I for a couple of weeks. She seems to be doing so much better being out of the hospital and rehab. Taking it one day at a time..the goal is to get her back to her house and of course quilting again.

Sewbiz....those are wonderful mushrooms. They look fake to me. So did you find out what kind? Did you eat them? very interesting.

Anoka quilter...Love your row by row quilt! Congrats on your prize as well. Sounds like it was worth the drive!

I too mailed the birthday candies out before address correction was posted. Will be anxious to see if the package I sent arrives safely. I had delivery confirmation which doesn't show as of yet that it's delivered.
