Okay, here's my question....do you just make one packet of (50) 2 1/2" squares per month? If you are mailing out, say, squares for July.....what happens if four participants have birthdays in that month...do you mail out four packets of fifty each?

Have participated in a Row by Row and Mug Rug swap as well as a Secret Santa swap but this is a new one to me.

    Thank you.

Hi! I participated in the swap last year and you are correct. If there are 4 birthdays that month, you mail 4 out. I went ahead and just made up the little packets of 50 at the very beginning of the swap for the number of participants. That was you are prepared for the whole year and are not in a rush to cut squares if there's a busy month of lots of birthdays. I'm sure someone else will provide more info, but I thought I'd answer you quickly so you didn't have to wait. It was fun and I got lots of fabric, so I sat out this year so I could get some sewing done! I hope you join...it is fun!

Hi Wonnie, we mail out a packet of 50 squares to EVERY person having a birthday, not just one per month. So if there are no birthdays in September, we mail nothing. But the following month may have 6 so we mail out six, one to each person. And on our birthday, we get one from every person in the group.

    Hop that helps!

Wonnie- All I can say is that it is a lot of fun!

I mailed out my candies for September! I got the address correction, too.

    Best Wishes to all!

Hi Wonnie, hope you watch for this swap when the sign up period opens next February. We go from March to March every year. It's a lot of fun.

I made all my packets in February. Spent most of two days cutting, and making the envelopes ready. Just need addresses each month and I am good to go. It works for me.
