What I meant to say is I need to make a baby quilt and am searching for a pattern for a fast and easy one.
I know there are pictures here on the board and I am searching for them now.

Phyllis, so sorry to hear you have been sick. Hope you are feeling stronger now.
My charity group has two "go to" patterns for very fast baby blankets that still look good. One is a super sized 9-patch (you can actually get 3 different ones out of a yard each of 3 fabrics), and a "Quick Strippie" quilt pattern. Links below:

sunrise, "Quilts for Kids" has some free patterns on their website that are really easy to make and they look cute when finished too. You can easy make it in 1 day without a headache. 6" blocks and 4 patches is just 1 they show. Cute novelty prints just make them shine

I hit the jackpot today with four envelopes full of candy love! Thank you Happylab, DjMat, ClMay, and onaemtnest!
More good news... I just got home from the State Fair of Virginia where I entered my Barnraising Scrappy quilt made out of 2.5" candies... and it placed third in its category! Woo Hoo!
