Thanks to sewbiz and Jaba for sending me baby quilt patterns. My nieces daughter is having a baby in December. I think that will make me a great great aunt?

I really like both of those quilts that you posted. Nice to have some easy patterns to just whip up!

So call me crazy but I saw a 1" postage stamp quilt (1 1/2" square) and fell in love with it. The lady making it was doing it all by hand!!! So I thinking I might be saving me some of my scraps and making me one of those.....she says she takes it in the car with her while her husband drives. I have been looking for something like that.....hmmmmm.

barbarakibler, you are a lucky lady! I have a husband that hates to drive so I am the driver 90% of the time. No time to sew

When I get into that car it's a stop for gas, potty and go....want to get there you know? I'm going to have a long drive to Florida for sure. Have to pack those snacks too, he's a muncher.
