thanks Sewbizgirl and Sunrise450. I will not be filling all of these stockings! I will give 5 stockings to each of the two families leaving 8 new stockings for my house. I do fill those along with the "original" 4 stockings for my daughter, son, husband and myself (hubby fills mine). I try not to go overboard filing the stockings because they can be pretty pricey.

I do hope that if anyone is making stockings to post them when they are finished.

I believe I have the person to do the next QAL. Hopefully it will start in the next week or two. I will be checking to see when she is ready.

Oh fun! A new QAL....

I have been thinking about using my vast array of candies to do a scrappy Irish Chain. I have so many neutrals (I think!) that I could use them to piece the big middle sections, and then do the chains in all colors. We shall see. I have several old WIPs to get quilted first. I'm tired of moving them around. It's time for them to grow up and become quilts.

Also, love the stockings. I want to make up 8 for the holidays. Life just needs to slow down so I have time to find the sewing room.
