Hi Birthday Ladies...

Remember back in Nov. or so I asked if any of you were interested in a tute to make a tote bag out of your candies? And Barb said 'maybe in January', because we had no birthdays then? Well I have a surprise... I made the tute! I just posted the whole thing in the Tutorials section so it would always be easy to find. I am too busy to keep up with weekly parts, so I gave the whole enchilada at once.

I hope you like it and will try it with your candies. It only takes 132... and the bag only took me one afternoon and evening to make. It's easier than I make it look!

You're welcome... What's everyone working on between birthdays?

I have finished my Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt top and need to get it quilted. I'm also quilting-as-you-go some big blocks made from men's shirts that I am swapping with a board friend. It's so much fun to quilt just a block at a time.

Hi Birthday swappers. I just got my virtual hand slapped for using a copyrighted image. I was trying to figure out what, and the only conclusion I can come to is that it was one of those birthday greeting graphics. So just an FYI to anyone who pulls those pretty but tempting greetings off of Google Images, etc, be very careful what you post!
