Jaba, beautiful sunflower blocks. What a ray of sunshine to the final tail of winter.

Sewbizgirl, I believe I see a few of my candies in your quilt.

I found my backing fabric. Now to get busy on my blocks.

I need to use up a lot more with my birthday looming only a month away! I've noticed I have a ton of neutrals, so I should probably find a good project for neutral candy. Will think on it.

Anyone see their candy in my quilt?

I don't know how to add a link here. But I found a women who is the person who started my love for "Postage stamp quilts" Mary the curious quilter. If you google her she has a "Flicker" group that I think you need a yahoo email account to join...but you can scroll through all of the pictures. All 97 of them. I think some of you might have done a swap with her. I know that is where I started. She is fabulous!

I used 28 each of 9 patches and snowballs. It's a lap quilt. I would have added another row or two if it was going on a twin bed. That would be either 32 or 36 each of 9P and SB.

Thanks for the flicker link, JENNR8R. I found some new ideas. I am ready to really, really use up all of my birthday treats. I have started one last year and need to get it out and finish it. It does eat up LOTS of treats. But I am sure I have more than enough for another project.

    Default Some candy blocks

I'd like to find a clever way to sort and save. Any ideas?

Those look so pretty, Dotty. Love your polka dots- your personal touch. To save why not just sew them together and then stack them. Or stack them on their paper you have them on in the photo? Sorry I don't have anything more clever than that.
